"We got down to the deadline with my mom‘s home owners policy due to some miscommunication. Yet In the last hours of the policy, and at the end of the day, Maria put out an extra effort to make sure the policy was renewed and was extremely diligent and helpful in getting it done. I could tell that she was truly concerned and wanted to make sure it happened for us. She is extremely helpful, concerned, and polite couldn’t ask for better help from anyone. "I had the pleasure of being helped by Maria and she is phenomenal! I am switching to State Farm after having been with Mercury insurance for 11 years. She asked me what my current coverage and walked me through what State Farm is offering. She gave me crucial information and really took her time explaining what the new policy will be. Maria was very patient with my questions and concerns and really took her time with helping me understand what the new coverage entails. I am so happy with the service she provided, and even happier with my new rate. I completely understand that my rate would not have been possible without being grandfathered into my in-law's policy.
