"I had the pleasure of being helped by Maria and she is phenomenal! I am switching to State Farm after having been with Mercury insurance for 11 years. She asked me what my current coverage and walked me through what State Farm is offering. She gave me crucial information and really took her time explaining what the new policy will be. Maria was very patient with my questions and concerns and really took her time with helping me understand what the new coverage entails. "This particular agency has one of the most wonderful agent on the team - Maria. "My parents have there auto, homeowner's,, and earthquake policies with State Farm. Since I take care of their bills. I had to call and get some information and I spoke with Maria Morales and OMG!! She went above and beyond!! She took the time to walk me through the policies with so much patience. Never tried to get me off the phone. Very detailed oriented to her job. Very knowledgeable. "When Nick first opened his location he reached out and offered to quote me with no obligation to buy. Nick gave me full transparency on everything he put together; I never thought I would ever be able to afford auto insurance coverage through State Farm; and various options to choose from. I took all options for consideration before deciding if I would buy coverage. Ultimately, Nick answered all my questions and I decided on a bundle that worked for me. In early 2019 I had a fender bender and working with the claims dept. of State Farm was easy and incredibly seamless. Using the app uploading pictures and submitting my statement was easy and very convenient. I had my car repaired and returned in no time, which is rare to say the least. Nick has made himself available by phone and text and anytime we have had to review and or make changes in my policy his follow up is 100% thorough. I've had at least 4 different auto insurance providers but none compare to my experience working with Nick (& State Farm)."

"There have been a couple of times that I have reached Nick and every time he has not been friendly, has been unwelcoming, and is non-responsive. The only reason we have this insurance is because my family has been in this location for more than three decades....and unfortunately the elderly agent retired, so the books were past to a brand new just trained agent...and by a childhood school classmate. Not professional: The first time I called he said "Are you even my client?"..seeming to be irritated and hoping to pass me to someone else. I'm still hoping to move the whole family to a different agent. Poor Quality: The few times I have gotten a hold of him, he doesn't want to pass me to the claims department (Nick said this probably because I started a claim with the party at fault's insurance, but I have a right to get advice from the claims department and get relevant information from someone who works on claims cases and not just pass clients to another line). These were for two different years. Both times I was hit by an irresponsible driver. I had to go to physical therapy, my car was totaled, and I was out of work. It is sad to know that he does not know what he is talking about. When I got transferred to the department of claims, they have informed me that what I repeated back to them about what Nick said was not correct. He should be honest and just say "I don't know" or just pass me to claims rather than giving me false information. Not responsive: He avoids all my calls and never calls back even after leaving a voice message. The only one that "helps" me is his assistant and even that it is just a friendly conversation (Maria) without any returned answers or calls from Nick. The way I get a hold of his assistant?? I call the wrong office and they transfer me over. He doesn't know it is me. I have asked other car insurance friends for assistance and they inform me that he is new and was fortunate enough to get the books all passed to him...also that what he has told me is incorrect. The BIGGEST concern of all is that the DECLARATIONS page which is the page that State Farm does not send, is the page which notes that if there is an injury to self/other party or death, what you are COVERED for. I was informed that I could not get that page without consent of my parents even though my name is also on the insurance. I three way called and "I got consent". My ATTORNEY'S said you can always demand to see your DECLARATIONS page, and that if you paid around $40 more a month, I could be covered for $100k rather than $25k. They just "give you the best discount" by covering other things, but not tell you about the most important part of the COVERAGE. Everyone says "I'm completely covered", but if you look at the Declarations page you will see what you are really covered for... My attorney's informed me to go to the most expensive car insurance and just ask questions of what the COVERAGE is for, and they will tell you. Then I was told, once you're informed you go ahead and go to a regular car insurance company and "you take care of what you are covered for" and what the average insurance companies do not want you to know. See how hard it is for your car insurance company to give you all the information regarding your Declarations page. (Redundant) Again, my attorney's mentioned that you have every RIGHT to see. They asked me "Why do you want to see it?" to which I said, "I pay for it". By the way, I was injured in 2019 and it is almost 2021 and they NEVER sent me my declarations page which my attorneys can always see. ***This is a recap March 2021: Right after this post Nick finally decided it was time to reach out to me. He called and claimed I misunderstood instead of apologizing. I told him I would take down this review if he at least sends my parents Declaration page and he said he would. I had my dad forward his Declaration page and it clearly states on the bottom that it's not a Declaration page. Again, Nick lied and tried to deceive. Here is a photo proof of the email.....Such a shame."
